Set Color to To Transparent

Q: How do I set a color to transparent?

A: Please follow steps below.

1. Go to Layer > Transparency > Add Alpha Channel. (If Add Alpha Channel is grayed out, it means it is already activated. Proceed to step 2.
2. Click Select by Color Tool icon
3. Press delete
4. The transparent area will be checkered grey and black.
